MCH Strategic Data releases new catalog featuring the QED Education Database

Sweet Springs, Missouri – January 19, 2011 – MCH announced the digital release of its 2011 education marketing catalog. The 88-page publication features the broadest array of new offerings from the company in many years, including more than 60 new school job functions and more than 20 new school and district attributes.

The catalog features the full integration of the QED K-12 education data that MCH acquired from MDR in September 2010. “In addition to adding the updated QED data to our database, we have enhanced the MCH education database with our continuous compiling efforts,” MCH Product Development Director Kirk Chritton said.

The catalog also features in-depth marketing tips, including charts that illustrate important trends in the data. “We see this catalog not as sales pitch, but as an invaluable research tool for school marketers,” Chritton said. “We focus on helping our clients understand the market better so they can get better return on their campaigns.”

The catalog features many new data offerings, including the release of MCH’s Home Connect educators-at-home database. There are also new additions to the personnel and school attributes. Marketers can target a wide variety of school decision makers, including Dean of Students, Office Manager, Guidance Secretary, Technology Champion, and a wide variety of Advanced Placement teachers.

Additions to the school attributes compiled by MCH include new budget, federal funding, and technology selections. “We have extended the database to include data elements that are key to large education marketers,” Chritton said. “We can now help our clients segment their campaigns according to the number and type of computers at the school and demographic information like the ethnic composition of a school’s student body.”

A digital edition of the catalog is available for download now. The catalog will also be available as a print edition after February 1, 2011. Marketers can request a free copy of the print edition from the MCH website.
